Casa MIA was born from a simple conviction: that the best meals begin with honest ingredients, patient technique, and a kitchen that treats every dish like a promise kept.
Located on Highway 17 N in Surfside Beach, we bring the soul of Italian cooking to the Carolina coast. Our pizzas are stretched by hand, topped with San Marzano–style tomato sauce, and fired until the crust blister and char just so. Our pastas are made fresh daily — because some things simply cannot be rushed.
